Eagle America Corp. was founded in 1992 by the owner of Pinturas Aguila (Eagle) of Mexico City as its distribution arm for paint in the United States. In 1996, Mr. Jaime Peró acquired the company and diversified it in the supply of several interior construction products for condominium conversions in Chicago. In 2002, Eagle expanded its services to include installation as well beginning with the conversion of a 1930's building from offices to apartments. For this project, Eagle supplied and installed appliances, cabinets, ceramics, carpeting and windows. With the prestige earned in this project Eagle was invited by large construction companies to participate in other projects in Chicago which to date represent more than 2,200 apartments and condominiums.

The company is headed by Mr. Jaime Peró, a civil engineer, with more than thirty years of experience in the construction industry covering projects in Los Angeles, Chicago, Cairo (Egypt), Chittagong (Bangladesh), and major cities in Bolivia. The worldwide contacts nurtured during the execution of these projects as well as the knowledge acquired in international trade and finance are now available to Eagle clients for procurement of practically any construction product in the world.
